图1所示的结构是水文钻机天车侧板的零部件,该部件有左右之分。其工艺要求是:侧板1经坯料折边成型后与加强块2焊接,然后再加工出的4个孔。为了保证产品质量,方便生产,在组焊时通常需要做一套胎膜及工装,但费工、费时。为此,我们决定利用侧板1的下料样板,在侧板1需要焊接加强块2的部位上,即图1所示的460、280、200、340mm的坐标尺寸处钻上φ3.2mm的工艺孔,同时也在加强块2的中心处钻出φ3.2mm
The structure shown in Fig. 1 is a component of the hydrofoil rig crane side panel, which is divided to the right and left.
