在日常生活中,甜食尤其是糖果类的食品特别受到孩子的偏爱。食物中的甜味主要来自糖分,糖分能通过代谢给人体提供热量,并参与许多生命活动过程。但是甜食也是会惹祸的,如果孩子吃太多的甜食,就会产生一些问题。 食欲不振: 甜食很容易引起饱腹感,导致孩子不想吃正餐,从而影响其他营养素的摄入,阻碍孩子正常的生长发育。
