对硫酸钠熔炼法处理废硬质合金得到的钴渣 ,用X射线仪 (XRD)进行相分析 ,证实了现行硫化钠熔炼工艺中 ,钴以Co9S8形态存在 ;根据相图分析了Co9S8的成因 ;提出了用氧化焙烧法处理Co9S8的工艺。试验结果表明 :用氧化焙烧法处理钴渣 ,钴的浸出率可达 99%以上。
The results of X-ray diffraction (XRD) analysis showed that Co exists in the form of Co9S8 in the current sodium sulfide melting process. The origin of Co9S8 was analyzed according to the phase diagram. Proposed the oxidation roasting process Co9S8. The experimental results show that cobalt leaching rate can reach more than 99% by using cobalt oxide slag.
