目的:探讨有创呼吸机使用患者应用循证护理模式的效果。方法:将医院呼吸科接受有创呼吸机治疗的150例患者为研究对象,采用随机数字法分为对照组和观察组。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施循证护理,比较两组的护理效果。结果:观察组在心率、呼吸等指标方面均显著优于对照组(P<0.05);在护理质量方面,观察组的各项指标得分也明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在有创呼吸机使用患者中应用循证护理模式,能够有效提升护理质量,提升患者生活质量,促进患者早日康复,护理效果良好。
Objective: To investigate the effect of evidence-based nursing in patients with invasive ventilator. Methods: 150 patients who received invasive ventilator treatment in the department of respiratory medicine of the hospital were divided into control group and observation group by random number method. The control group underwent routine nursing and the observation group underwent evidence-based nursing. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results: The observation group was significantly better than the control group in the aspects of heart rate and respiration (P <0.05). In terms of nursing quality, the score of each index in the observation group was also significantly higher than that in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: The use of evidence-based nursing in patients with invasive ventilator can effectively improve the quality of care and improve the quality of life of patients, and promote the patients to recover as soon as possible and the nursing effect is good.
