新兴国家在应对世界金融危机中的突出贡献,使其有充足的底气推动国际舆论新秩序的构建 “在发展中国家人均国民生产总值没有大幅度提高、经济上未能翻身的情况下,建立世界新闻新秩序就只能是个梦想。让我感到欣慰的是,这个判断没有错;让我更加感到欣慰的是,这个‘梦想’正在成为现实!”年前,出席瞭望周刊社《环球》杂志在北京主办的“2009:国际政经大势与世界舆论新格局”论坛时,北京大学新闻与传播学院副院长程曼丽说。论坛以《环球》杂志联合俄国、印度、埃及当地媒体的方式共同评选出国际新闻。程曼丽认为,这是新兴国家为争取国际舆论话语权迈出的一大步。
