本文用蛋白质PAGE法和田间种植法对陕西省1993～1998年生产、调用的100余份玉米种子样品进行了纯度结果鉴定,通过对100余对数据统计分析,证明了电泳法和田间种植鉴定玉米品种纯度的一致性,并取得了回归方程。
In this paper, the protein PAGE method and field planting method were used to identify the purity of more than 100 samples of maize seeds produced and transferred from 1993 to 1998 in Shaanxi Province.
