我们制造的刀具中,除杆形的刀具(如钻头,铰刀,丝锥)需要对焊外,其他若干种特形刀以及刨刀等,都需要钎焊。一般刀片都用 P 18钢制成,刀杆或刀体则由45号钢制成。所有这种刀具,开始是用焦炭炉焊接,从工艺上和经济意义上来讲,缺点甚多。为了提高生产效率,改进质量,我们改用浴炉焊接,经过多次试验,现已基本上成功,并用于实际生产。现将特形刀杆的焊接方法介绍于下。
