目的 :观察酶标免疫技术对造釉细胞瘤的组织化学表达情况。方法 :应用LSAB法对 14例造釉细胞瘤免疫标单 (多 )克隆抗体联合标记。共计 4类 12项。即上皮性 3项、间叶型 3项、神经源性 3项、激素类 3项。结果发现 :在立方或柱状上皮中的阳性率EMA5 7%、α1 -AT10 0 %、S -10 0 10 0 %、NSE71%、激素类均为 10 0 %。在星网状细胞中的阳性率VI71%、NSE71%、激素类均为 10 0 %。反应强度激素类及NSE较强 ,其它次之 ,上皮性最弱。结论 :1 对此瘤来源提出新看法 ,2 此瘤对激素有较强依赖性 ,3 对诊断低分化肿瘤有一定参考意义
Objective: To observe the histochemical expression of ameloblastoma by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Methods: 14 cases of ameloblastoma immunoblot (polyclonal antibody) were labeled by LSAB method. Total 4 categories 12 items. That is, 3 epithelial cells, 3 mesenchymal cells, 3 neurogenic neurons and 3 hormones. The results showed that the positive rates of EMA5 7%, α1 -AT10 0%, S -10 0 10 0%, NSE 71%, and hormones were 10 0% in the cuboidal or columnar epithelium. In the reticular cells in the positive rate of VI71%, 71% of NSE, hormones were 100%. Response strength hormone and NSE strong, followed by the other, the weakest epithelial. CONCLUSIONS: 1 A new perspective on the origin of this tumor, 2 This tumor has a strong dependence on hormones, and 3 has some implications for the diagnosis of poorly differentiated tumors
