胃炎丸是我院已故名老中医黄一峰的经验方,用于治疗慢性胃炎,临床研究表明可增加胃炎病人血清PGE_2、胃动素水平,影响血清幽门螺杆菌(HP)抗体水平,促进胃排空等作用,从而保护胃粘膜,促进受损粘膜的修复。本文就胃炎丸保护胃粘膜的作用进行的动物实验研究报告如下。1 实验材料和方法1.1 动物 Wistar大鼠:200±30g雌雄皆用:昆明种小鼠,20±2g雌雄皆用。苏州医学院动物室提供。1.2 药物 胃炎丸由我院药剂科提供,药物组成为龙胆草、炒吴萸、苏梗、制香附、广木香、陈皮、代赭石、枳壳、腹皮、五灵脂、菝葜、茯苓、焦六粬等。临用前制成1g
