组织复杂信息技术的吸收过程是一个组织学习和不断降低知识壁垒的过程。本研究的目的是探讨组织知识壁垒和吸收能力对组织信息技术吸收的影响。采用案例研究的方法,该文选取了两个大型企业作为案例对象,通过半开放式的访谈和查阅公司档案等方式对信息技术的吸收过程进行了纵向研究。结果发现,组织信息技术实施知识和吸收能力的差异是导致不同信息技术应用结果的主要原因。通过标准化、简化界面以及合理的实施小组组成等方式,可以有效降低组织复杂信息技术实施中的知识壁垒,提高信息技术的吸收能力。结论认为,组织知识和吸收能力对于组织信息吸收有很强的因果联系,通过有意识增加组织知识存量,提高吸收能力,可以促进信息系统的成功实施、应用和价值发挥。
Organize the absorption process of complex information technology is a process of organizational learning and continuous reduction of knowledge barriers. The purpose of this study is to explore the impact of organizational knowledge barriers and absorptive capacity on the absorption of information technology in organizations. Using the method of case study, this article selects two large-scale enterprises as case objects and carries out a longitudinal study on the absorption process of information technology through semi-open interviews and access to corporate files. The results show that the difference between the implementation of information technology and the ability to absorb information is the main reason leading to different information technology applications. Through standardization, simplified interface and reasonable implementation of the composition of the group, etc., can effectively reduce the organization of complex information technology in the implementation of knowledge barriers, improve the absorptive capacity of information technology. The conclusion is that organizational knowledge and absorptive capacity have a strong causal relationship to the absorption of organizational information. By consciously increasing the organizational knowledge stock and improving absorptive capacity, the successful implementation, application and value of the information system can be promoted.
