采用Mixture多相流模型研究T型管内油水两相流动特性,研究了入口含油率、出口分流比、入口速度、支管段长度、主管出口段长度等因素对T型管分离效率的影响.结果表明,支管与主管连接处存在油相聚集及油水分离现象,其中主管油相聚集主要由重力分层导致,而支管油相聚集主要是密度差导致的离心分离.入口位置含油率对T型管的分离效率影响大,随入口含油率增大,T型管的分离效率降低,T型管适用于含油率较低的油水混合物的分离.支管分流比越大,T型管分离效率越高,生产现场可考虑在主管出口段采取节流措施以提高T型管的分离效率.T型管分离效率对支管段及主管出口段长度不敏感,T型管可仅按制造安装要求设计.
Mixture multi-phase flow model was used to study the flow characteristics of oil and water in T-tube. The effects of inlet oil rate, outlet split ratio, inlet velocity, branch length and outlet length on the separation efficiency of T-tube were studied. , There was oil-phase separation and oil-water separation in the junction between the branch pipe and the main pipe, in which the main oil phase was mainly caused by gravity stratification, while the oil phase in the branch pipe was mainly separated by density difference. The separation efficiency has a great influence on the separation efficiency of T-tube with the increase of the oil content in the inlet, and the T-tube is suitable for the separation of the oil-water mixture with lower oil content.The larger the branch distribution ratio, the higher the T-tube separation efficiency, In the field may consider to take throttling measures in the competent export section to improve the separation efficiency of T-tube.T-tube separation efficiency is not sensitive to the length of the branch section and the competent exit section, T-shaped tube can be designed according to manufacturing and installation requirements.
