网络社会是伴随着计算机网络技术的不断普及和发展而形成的一种新的社会型态。可以说计算机网络的创造性和延伸性孕育了网络社会这一特殊的群体。在日新月异的信息化时代背景下,网络社会正以其开放性、平等性、互动性、自主性等特点,深刻地改变着人们的生产、生活方式,也产生了诸如利用网络犯罪、不良信息、曲解舆情等一系列的负面效应。为了解决计算机网络带来的社会问题,实现国家稳定、经济繁荣、社会和谐、民族复兴,研究网络社会控制问题成为不可回避的时代课题。
Internet society is a new social form formed along with the continuous popularization and development of computer network technology. It can be said that the creative and extensibility of computer networks has given birth to a special group of cyber-society. Under the background of rapidly changing information age, the online society is profoundly changing people’s production and life style due to its characteristics of openness, equality, interaction and autonomy, as well as the use of cybercrime, bad information, Misinterpret public opinion and a series of negative effects. In order to solve the social problems caused by computer networks, it is an unavoidable task of the times to bring about national stability, economic prosperity, social harmony, national rejuvenation and social network research.
