随着越来越多企业集团实施资金集中管理,资金集中管理暴露出诸多问题,包括组织形式不完善、从业人员素质不高、过度融资以及企业集团利用其子公司进行不法融资等问题,针对这些问题,本文提出了如下对策:第一,恰当选择集中管理的模式;第二,改革用人机制;第三,有效控制过度融资的风险;第四,集团总公司与上市公司资金分开进行集中管理。
