通过对UHPP试点区社区卫生服务中心及服务站的抽样调查发现 :社区卫生服务的筹资渠道有所拓宽 ,但补偿机制仍不完善 ,主要表现在大部分中心及服务站收不抵支 ,自身造血能力差 ;药品收入占业务收入的比重和药品利润率较高 ;房租是部分中心和服务站的重要支出之一。
Through a sample survey of community health service centers and service stations in the UHPP pilot area, it has been found that the funding channels for community health services have been broadened, but the compensation mechanism is still not perfect, mainly because most centers and service stations are not able to support their own blood flow. Poor capacity; the proportion of drug revenue to business income and drug profitability is high; rent is one of the major expenditures of some centers and service stations.
