神经内分泌肿瘤(neuroendocrine neoplasms,NENs)是一组起源于肽能神经元和神经内分泌细胞的异质性肿瘤。既往认为,该病发病率低,但近年来欧美各国的流行病学研究显示,NENs的发病率呈增长趋势,其中肺NENs和胃肠胰NENs(gastroenteropancreatic neuroendocrine neoplasms,GEPNENs)的发病率共计为5.25/100 000,较30年前升高近5倍。
Neuroendocrine neoplasms (NENs) are a group of heterogeneous tumors that originate from peptide neurons and neuroendocrine cells. Previously, the incidence of the disease is low, but in recent years, epidemiological studies in Europe and the United States showed that the incidence of NENs showed an increasing trend, in which the incidence of lung NENs and gastrointestinal pancreatic NENs (gastroenteropancreatic neuroendocrine neoplasms, GEPNENs) a total of 5.25 / 100 000, nearly five times higher than 30 years ago.
