产品质量的形成有其一定的客观规律,要生产出用户满意的产品,必须按照产品质量逐步形成的规律、产品质量决定于工作质量的规律、产品质量是综合反映的规律以及质量永远是分散波动的规律等等,来指导我们的生产。产品质量管理大体上有三个发展阶段。第一阶段是从20世纪初期到20世纪40年代,属质量的事后检验阶段。它起不到预防作用。第二阶段是在40年代到50年代期间,引入数理统计阶段。通过对大量数据统计分析,找到了产品质量形成的许多内在规律,促进了质量的提高,但忽视了其他组织管理工作。
The formation of product quality has its own objective laws. To produce products that satisfy users, we must follow the law that product quality is gradually formed, product quality is determined by the law of work quality, product quality is a comprehensive reflection of the law, and quality is always a dispersion of fluctuations.
