各行政公署,各市、县人民政府,省政府各直属单位:现将《国务院办公厅关于认真做好第二次全国基本单位普查的通知》(国办发[2001]63号),转发给你们,(原文详见2001年《黑龙江政报》第18期第12页),并结合我省实际提出如下要求,请一并认真贯彻执行。一、提高认识,切实加强对普查工作的领导。第二次全国基本单位普查是一项重大的国情国力调查,其目的是摸清我国各类单位的底数,为党政领导和有关部门搞好宏观调控和科学决策提供依据。因此,各地、各部门要把这项工作纳入重要议事日程,高度重视,切实加强组织领导。主要领导要亲自过问此项工作,主管领导抓好组织协调和落实。各级
All administrative offices, municipalities and county people’s governments and provincial government departments: We hereby forward the Notice of the General Office of the State Council on Seriously Doing the Second National Basic Unit Census (Guo Ban Fa [2001] No. 63), and forward it to you (For details, please refer to the original article in Heilongjiang Bulletin, No. 18, p. 12, 2001), and put forward the following requirements in light of the actual situation in our province.
