针对枣园掺水管道结垢实际,对不停产清除碳酸钙水垢的可行性作了探讨性研究。阐述了不停产清垢的技术要求及化学清垢原理;研究了试剂碳酸钙和污垢碳酸钙在不同水质中的溶解作用。从静态到动态,由定性到定量地对碳酸钙污垢的溶解作用和水质的稳定性作了试验研究,其结果表明,不停产清除碳酸钙污垢是可行的。在此基础上,复配出不停产化学清垢剂DDK-943,其性能评价表明,对枣大站掺水管线污垢的溶解能力为0.42t/t,加药量(600~800)×10-6,其平均腐蚀速度为0.055~0.097mm/a。对于6in管线结垢5mm厚,药费为21.6元/m,而3in管线仅为9.72元/m。对于枣大站至自来屯114×4的7.9km管线,按结垢厚度5mm计,药费约11.93万元,清垢时间约90d。
In view of the actual jujube water pipe scaling, non-stop production of calcium carbonate scale to make a feasibility study. The technical requirements of non-stop production of scale and the principle of chemical scale removal are described. The dissolution of reagent calcium carbonate and scale calcium carbonate in different water quality is studied. From static to dynamic, qualitative and quantitative experiments on the dissolution of calcium carbonate soils and the stability of water quality were conducted. The results show that it is feasible to remove calcium carbonate soils without stopping production. On this basis, DDK-943, a non-stop chemical cleaner, was formulated and its performance was evaluated. The results showed that the dissolving capacity of DDK-943 was 0.42t / t and the dosage was 600-800 × 10-6, the average corrosion rate of 0.055 ~ 0.097mm / a. For 6in pipeline fouling 5mm thick, the cost of medicine is 21.6 yuan / m, while the 3in pipeline is only 9.72 yuan / m. For jujube station to self-Tuen 114 × 4 7.9km pipeline, according to the scaling thickness of 5mm dollars, about 119,300 yuan drug costs, cleaning time about 90d.
