珍珠岩覆盖剂研制推广应用虽然只有两年的历史,但已受到了广大铸造工人的热烈欢迎。据不完全统计全国已有24个省市的近五百家工厂在推广使用,绝大部分工厂都收到了令人满意的效果。但也有少数工厂反映在使用中存在一些问题,有的甚至造成铸件报废。针对这些存在的问题,我们对部分工厂进行了实地调查和分析,发现这些工厂使用效果不好有两方面的原因。一是珍珠岩覆盖剂的质量不符合要求,二是使用方法不当。
