上世纪80年代曾有许多优秀的学生进入中职学校学习,而今,在众多城镇,就读中职学校是绝大多数考不上普通高中的学生的无奈选择。究其原因错综复杂,但结合社会上中职学校毕业生就业专业对口率不足30%这一现状不难看出,注重区域产业结构调研,优化调整学校的专业设置,增强中职教育专业结构与区域产业结构的吻合度,可以有效提高中职学校毕业生就业的专业对口率,既能降低他们首次就业后的下岗率,又能提高其再就业能力,从而提高中职教育的吸引力。
