目前对于雄性不育遗传机制的解释有多种多样。其中又以“三型学说”和“核代换原理”两种假说被比较多的人接受。三型学说中的核质互作型与核代换原理又有相似之处。这两种假说都认为雄性不育是母本细胞质和父本细胞核相互作用的结果。前者并认为母本细胞质具有不育基因,而父本细胞核具有不育基因,当他们纯合在一起时,即表现为核质互作的雄性不育。
At present there are many explanations for the genetic mechanism of male infertility. Among them, “Hypothesis 3” and “Nuclear Substitution Principle” are accepted by more people. Three types of theory in the nuclear and nuclear interchangeable nuclear substitution principle has similarities. Both of these hypotheses suggest that male sterility is the result of the interaction between the parental cytoplasm and the paternal nucleus. The former also considered that the female parental cytoplasm has a sterile gene, while the male parental nucleus has a sterile gene. When they are homozygous, they show male sterility of nuclear-cytoplasmic interaction.
