“中国制造2025”中明确提出重点发展新一代信息技术、高档数控机床和机器人等10大领域,强化工业基础能力,提高工艺水平和产品质量,推进智能制造。要实现这些伟大目标,人才是保障,因此,未来几年职业教育的核心任务就是培养懂技术、会操作的技术技能型人才及复合创新型人才。为了培养具备创新精神、实践能力的复合型人才,需要在培养机制上大胆探索实践,打破常规教学模式,着力构建适合现代经济发展的新的培养体系。本文将长春汽车工业高等专科学校在深化校企合作,探索工业机器人现代学徒制新机制方面的一些经验和模式进行阐述。
“Made in China 2025 ” explicitly put forward to focus on the development of a new generation of information technology, high-end CNC machine tools and robots and other 10 major areas, strengthening the industrial base, improve the level of technology and product quality, promote intelligent manufacturing. To achieve these great goals, talent is the guarantee. Therefore, the core task of vocational education in the next few years is to train technical and talented people capable of operating and compounding innovative talents who understand technology. In order to cultivate a compound talent with innovative spirit and practical ability, we must boldly explore practice in the cultivation mechanism, break the conventional teaching mode, and strive to build a new cultivation system suitable for the development of the modern economy. This article expounds the experiences and models of Changchun Automobile Industrial College in deepening the cooperation between school and enterprise and exploring the new mechanism of modern apprenticeship of industrial robot.
