目的 总结老年急性白血病临床特点及治疗经验。方法 对 1990年 1月至 2 0 0 2年 10月收治的 6 8例老年急性白血病患者进行回顾性分析。结果 老年急性白血病常规治疗完全缓解率 (CRR)4 6 6 7% ,小剂量Ara c治疗CRR 18 18% ,早期病死率 16 6 0 % ,院内感染发生率 73 2 1%。结论 老年急性白血病临床表现不典型 ,对化疗耐受力差 ,易产生耐药现象 ,感染发生率高 ,完全缓解率低 ,采用个体化治疗方案更为重要
Objective To summarize the clinical features and treatment experience of senile acute leukemia. Methods A retrospective analysis of 68 elderly patients with acute leukemia admitted from January 1990 to October 2002 was performed. Results The rate of complete remission (CRR) was 46.67% in elderly patients with acute leukemia and 18.18% in patients treated with low dose Ara c. The early mortality rate was 16.6% and the incidence of nosocomial infection was 73.21%. Conclusion The clinical manifestations of senile acute leukemia are not typical, poor tolerance to chemotherapy, easy to produce drug resistance, high incidence of infection, complete remission rate is low, the use of individualized treatment is more important
