患者女,35岁,因甲状腺左叶囊腺瘤于1991年4月14日在我院行甲状腺左叶肿瘤切除术。术中安置橡皮引流条一枚。术后48小时换药时伤口及敷料上均未发现引流条,颈部皮肤平整,无隆起及压病,经B超检查颈部左侧甲状腺区皮下1.6cm处可探及2～3条强回声,最长为1.0×0.2cm,后无声影。提示:左侧甲状腺区异物。于局麻下撑开刀口少许,用蚊式钳完整取出橡皮引流条。复查B超:颈部左侧甲状腺区未探及强回声。
