当前,我国的社会体制发生着巨大的变革,社会主义经济制度也不断革新并向前推进,随着新形势的发展,人们的世界观、人生观、价值观、思想观念、文化观念、工作环境以及生活方式的多元化都影响着思想政治工作的开展。海事职工的思想政治工作也面临着这样的问题,因而对于当前的海事职工的工作来说,思想政治工作的开展是其首要问题。笔者对在海事职工在思想政治工作方面面临的问题结合笔者自身的工作经验,探讨海事职工在思想政治工作的开展方面的对策,以期起到抛砖引玉的结果。

The author of the maritime workers in the ideological and political work with the problems faced by the author’s own work experience, explore the maritime workers in the ideological and political work to carry out the measures in order to play a valuable role.
