采用问卷式回顾性调查法,对1588名大学生午睡、失眠及睡眠习惯等进行调查。结果表明:经常午睡者为调查总人数的67.5%,有时午睡为23.6%,很少午睡者为8.9%,男女学生午睡习惯无明显差异。从小学至中学,经常午睡人数增加。来自农村与来自城市的学生之间差异显著。学生经常失眠的发生率为3.2%,有时失眠为57.1%。很少午睡者与经常午睡者比较,从不失眠者明显多于后者,P<0.01;经常失眠的发生率在二者间无明显差异。提示:午睡虽是一种普遍现象,但不是生理需要。失眠与是否经常午睡无相关性。
Using a questionnaire retrospective survey, 1588 college students were investigated for their nap, insomnia and sleep habits. The results showed that the number of frequent napmers was 67.5% of the total number of people surveyed, sometimes nap was 23.6% and few nappers were 8.9%. There was no significant difference in siesta habit between male and female students. From elementary to high school, the number of frequent naps has increased. There was a significant difference between students from rural areas and from cities. Students often insomnia occurred in 3.2%, sometimes insomnia was 57.1%. Few napmers and those who often nap, never insomnia were significantly more than the latter, P <0.01; the incidence of frequent insomnia was no significant difference between the two. Tip: Although nap is a common phenomenon, but not physiological needs. No relationship between insomnia and frequent naps.
