笔者首先对科技情报立法的必要性从三个方面进行了论述,认为依法调整和解决我国现行科技情报工作中存在的各种问题,完善和发展情报事业,已是当务之急;接着对科技情报立法的主要内容作了粗略的构思;最后就《科技情报法》的产生提出了五点建议。
The author firstly discusses the necessity of legislation on intelligence and intelligence from three aspects. It is considered that it is imperative to adjust and solve all kinds of problems existing in the current scientific and technological intelligence work in our country according to law, and improve and develop the cause of intelligence. The main content made a rough idea; finally put forward five suggestions on the emergence of “Science and Technology Intelligence Law.”
