目的调查并分析某石油企业噪声作业人员听力损伤状况。方法选择某石油企业噪声作业人员1 211人为调查对象(接触组),以该企业无噪声接触史的工作人员557人为对照组,对两组人员进行纯音听力测试,结合噪声监测资料对纯音听力测试结果进行分析。结果噪声接触组听力损伤检出率为31.2%,显著高于对照组(P<0.01),且高频听力损伤检出率显著高于语频听力损伤(P<0.01);男、女听力损伤检出率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);听力损伤检出率随接触噪声工龄的增长、接触噪声强度的提高而增高,均表现为正相关关系(rs=0.261~0.416,P<0.01)。结论该石油企业噪声作业人员听力损伤情况比较严重,接触噪声工龄越长、强度越大,听力损伤检出率越高。
Objective To investigate and analyze the hearing impairment of noise workers in a petroleum enterprise. Methods A total of 1,211 noise workers from a petroleum enterprise were selected as the survey subjects (contact group). 557 workers without noise exposure history of the enterprise were selected as the control group. Pure tone hearing tests were conducted on the two groups of workers. Combined with noise monitoring data, pure tone hearing tests Results were analyzed. Results The detection rate of hearing loss in noise exposure group was 31.2%, which was significantly higher than that in control group (P <0.01), and the detection rate of high frequency hearing loss was significantly higher than that of audio frequency hearing loss (P <0.01) The detection rate of hearing loss had no significant difference (P> 0.05). The detection rate of hearing loss increased with the increase of exposure to noise and the increase of contact noise intensity, which showed a positive correlation (rs = 0.261-0.416, P < 0.01). Conclusion The hearing loss of noise workers in this petroleum enterprise is rather serious. The longer the working age of contact noise, the greater the intensity, the higher the detection rate of hearing loss.
