今后一个时期我省开放型经济总体将处于加快转型升级、较快发展的阶段。各级各部门要立足浙江发展实际,紧紧围绕“创业富民、创新强省”总战略,走“创新提升,开放发展”之路,积极拓展对外开放的广度和深度,构筑开放新格局,形成开放新优势,实现更宽领域、更深层次、更高水平的开放,全面提升我省开放型经济的质量和水平,为我省全面建设小康社会和率先基本实现现代化作出新贡献。今年工作总的要求是:坚持稳中求进,坚持好字优先,实现良好开局。总的来说,外贸要保持较快的增长,外资要力争有所增长,对外投资和对外经济技术合作要寻求新突破,要重点围绕五个方面推进。加快优化开放发展环境。要深刻理解开放型经济在浙江经济社会发展中的意义和作用,坚定深化
