《社会科学报》发表署名文章,认为在评价生产力标准时,切忌四点:一不能只考察个別技术经济指标,而应考虑几个主要经济技术指标,至少要进行人、财、物的综合考察;二是不能只考察局部利益,要把局部效益置于全局范围进行评价。只有在二者效益一致的情况下,才值得提倡;三是不能只看生产力作用的结果,还要考察生产力本身。看一个地区或部门的发展,是留有后劲,还是竭泽而渔?四是考察生产力标准不能囿于国内标准,还应与国际生产力标准进行比较,以避免夜郎自大。
