2012年11月18日,中国航天科工三院33所与北京理工大学联合申报的《陆用激光捷联惯性导航系统关键技术科技成果转化》项目获得财政部、工业和信息化部的立项批复,列为2012年国家重大科技成果转化项目。国家重大科技成果转化项目的主旨是切实落实《国民经济和社会发展第十二个五年发展纲要》,推动产学研用密切结合。支持的范围主要是围绕国家战略性新型产业发展方向,加速成果向现实生产力转化的项目,总经费强度通常在千万元以上。
On November 18, 2012, 33 projects of transformation of scientific and technological achievements of key technologies of land-based laser strapdown inertial navigation system jointly announced by 33 CASIC and its 35 institutes and Beijing Institute of Technology won the approval of the Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Industry and Information Technology , Listed as major national scientific and technological achievements transformation project in 2012. The main thrust of the national major scientific and technological achievements transformation project is to earnestly implement the “Outline for the Twelfth Five-year Development of National Economy and Social Development” and promote the close combination of industry, education and research. The scope of support is mainly about the direction of the development of national strategic new industries and the project of accelerating the transformation of achievements into real productive forces. The total funding intensity is usually over 10 million yuan.
