我们自1980年5月起试用泪道穿线术治疗慢性泪囊炎鼻泪管阻塞,近期疗效较满意。现将89例101眼的治疗情况报告如下。一、病例资料本组89例101眼,其中慢性泪囊炎27例30眼,鼻泪管阻塞62例71眼。病程最长35年,最短3个月。本组病例穿线前均接受过药物滴眼或泪道探通治疗无效,其中1例做过泪囊摘除术。二、手术方法1.器械准备:6号注射针头或同等粗的腰椎穿刺针头1个,去尖磨钝滑。针身长4cm;医用3-0
