教学活动组织的成功与否,不仅体现了教师的教育教学水平和艺术,而且对于提高课堂教学效率、提升教学质量,起着至关重要的作用。那么,如何才能组织好教学活动呢?我认为应从以下几方面入手。一、围绕教学目标组织好教学活动教学目标是教学所要达到的预期的结果。教师设计一个好的教学活动,对于完成教学目标至关重要。在设计组织活动时要围绕目标,遵循学生年龄特点,结合教材特点,针对学生学习规律,依据文本呈现形式、内容。是什么、为什么、怎么样、怎么学,怎么样反馈信息,达到什么效果来开展活动。根据不同的目标组织不同的教学活动。具体可分为:一是围绕知识目标组织教学活动。如知识理解记忆的活动,知识巩固运用的活动等,可采用编口诀,说儿歌,浓缩记忆联想法、小组活动、多种练习等等方法进行。二是围绕技能目标活动。因
