目的:分析瑞舒伐他汀钙治疗老年冠心病合并高脂血症的疗效。方法:对自2013年12月至2015年11月在我院治疗的67例后老年冠心病合并高脂血症患者为研究对象,分组后采用不同的药物进行治疗,并对治疗后的评价指标内容进行对比分析。结果:采用瑞舒伐他汀钙治疗的观察组的TC、TG、LDL-C、HDL-C均显著优于对照组,两组患者治疗前后的评价指标内容均得到有效改善,比价差异值P<0.05均具有统计学意义。结论:采用瑞舒伐他汀钙治疗老年冠心病合并高脂血症具有更好的疗效,并且副作用小,值得临床推广。
Objective: To analyze the effect of rosuvastatin calcium on senile coronary heart disease complicated with hyperlipidemia. Methods: From December 2013 to November 2015 in our hospital for treatment of 67 cases of elderly patients with coronary heart disease with hyperlipidemia patients were divided into groups after the use of different drugs for treatment, and after treatment evaluation index Content comparative analysis. Results: TC, TG, LDL-C and HDL-C in the observation group treated with rosuvastatin calcium were significantly better than those in the control group, both before and after treatment were significantly improved, the price difference P < 0.05 were statistically significant.
