目的:探讨全方位护理管理对呼吸内科患者医院感染的临床控制及护理质量的影响。方法:以2013年5月~2014年5月在浙江省奉化市中医院呼吸内科住院的120例呼吸道感染患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组。对照组给予常规的抗感染管理,观察组实施全方位管理。比较分析两组患者感染控制的效果及患者对护理的满意度。结果:观察组的感染控制率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组患者的护理质量和患者满意度也明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:全方位护理管理能够有效提高医院感染的控制率,显著提高护理质量和患者满意度。
Objective: To explore the impact of omni-directional nursing management on the clinical control and quality of nosocomial infection in respiratory medicine patients. Methods: From May 2013 to May 2014, 120 patients with respiratory tract infection hospitalized in Department of Respiratory Medicine, Fenghua Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Fenghua City, Zhejiang Province were randomly divided into control group and observation group. The control group was given routine anti-infective management, and the observation group implemented the omni-directional management. Comparative analysis of the two groups of patients with infection control and patient satisfaction with the care. Results: The infection control rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P <0.05). The quality of care and patient satisfaction in the observation group were also significantly higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: All-round nursing management can effectively improve the control rate of nosocomial infections and significantly improve the quality of care and patient satisfaction.
