脂肪组织作为一个强大的内分泌器官,其产生的脂肪细胞因子在脂代谢、代谢综合征和心血管疾病发病风险中发挥不同作用。内脏脂肪素是新近发现的脂肪细胞因子,在糖代谢和动脉粥样硬化中具有重要的作用,是联系炎症、胰岛β细胞功能和心血管疾病的纽带。对内脏脂肪素研究数据进行分析为更好地阐明脂肪组织、糖脂代谢以及血管疾病间的复杂联系提供了依据,进而有助于发现糖尿病和心血管疾病的早期高危患者。
Adipose tissue, a powerful endocrine organ, produces different effects of adipokines on the pathogenesis of lipid metabolism, metabolic syndrome and cardiovascular disease. Visceral adipose is a recently discovered adipocytokine that plays an important role in glucose metabolism and atherosclerosis and is a link between inflammation, pancreatic beta-cell function and cardiovascular disease. Analysis of visfatin data provides a basis for better elucidation of the complex linkages between adipose tissue, glycolipid metabolism, and vascular disease, thereby helping to identify early high-risk patients with diabetes and cardiovascular disease.
