目的对新疆某新区2#焦炉工程职业病危害控制效果评价。方法采用职业卫生调查、职业卫生检测、职业健康检查、检查表分析法、定量分级法等相结合进行评价。结果对该工程评价的职业病危害因素检测(测量)结果表明:工作场所苯、甲苯、二甲苯、一氧化碳、二氧化碳、硫化氢、二氧化硫、一氧化氮、二氧化氮、氨、氰化氢、粉尘、电离辐射、工频电场强度(浓度)未超过职业接触限值,但有4个检测点焦炉逸散物浓度、5个测量点噪声强度、11个测量点WBGT指数超过职业接触限值,该项目属于职业病危害严重的建设项目,应加强作业人员个人防护。结论该工程在确保职业病危害防护设施运行正常,个体防护措施到位,各项职业卫生管理制度落实,采纳职业病危害控制效果报告书提出的建议的情况下,职业病危害控制效果基本合格,可以进行职业病危害防护设施的现场验收。
Objective To evaluate the control effect of occupational hazards on 2 # coke oven project in a new district of Xinjiang. Results The results of testing (measurement) of the occupational hazards evaluated in this project showed that: the workplace benzene, toluene, xylene, carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, hydrogen sulfide, sulfur dioxide, nitrogen monoxide, nitrogen dioxide, ammonia, hydrogen cyanide, Ionizing radiation and power frequency electric field strength (concentration) did not exceed the occupational exposure limits, but there were four detection point coke oven discharge concentration, five measurement point noise intensity, 11 measurement points WBGT index exceeded the occupational exposure limit, the The project belongs to a serious construction project with serious occupational hazards, and personal protection of workers should be strengthened. Conclusion The project has been basically qualified to control occupational diseases and occupational diseases under the condition of ensuring the normal operation of occupational hazards prevention facilities, individual protective measures in place, implementing various occupational health management systems and adopting the suggestions made in the Report on the Control of Occupational Hazards.
