目的探析老年患者髋关节置换手术麻醉护理效果。方法 60例老年髋关节置换手术患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,各30例。对照组实施手术常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施手术麻醉护理。对比两组患者护理满意度与护理质量。结果观察组患者的护理总满意度为96.7%,明显高于对照组的73.3%(P<0.05)。观察组患者的髋关节功能优良率为83.3%,明显高于对照组的66.7%(P<0.05)。结论老年患者髋关节置换手术麻醉护理效果较为理想,可提高髋关节功能优良率及护理满意度,临床可推广应用。
Objective To analyze the nursing effect of elderly patients undergoing total hip arthroplasty. Methods Sixty elderly hip arthroplasty patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 30 cases in each group. The control group underwent routine surgical care, and the observation group underwent operation anesthesia nursing on the basis of the control group. Compare the two groups of patients satisfaction and nursing quality of care. Results The total satisfaction of patients in observation group was 96.7%, which was significantly higher than that in control group (73.3%, P <0.05). The excellent and good rate of hip joint function in the observation group was 83.3%, which was significantly higher than that in the control group (66.7%, P <0.05). Conclusion The elderly patients with hip replacement surgery anesthesia nursing effect is better, can improve hip joint function and nursing satisfaction rate, clinical application.
