6月4日,青岛市政府法制办公室发布公示,就《青岛市廉租住房保障办法(修订草案征求意见稿)》、《青岛市经济适用住房管理办法(修订草案征求意见稿)》、《青岛市限价商品住房管理办法(修订草案征求意见稿)》公开征求社会意见。其中,在意见稿中规定,限价房5年后需要上市交易的,其收益的50%归政府所有。
