打开“宝山”新世纪的扉页,一幅庞大的“菜篮子工程”系统图精彩纷呈,丰硕的“菜篮子”琳琅满目,满载着人们赖以生存的瓜果菜蔬,满载着成果累累的高新技术的结晶,向人们献上一捧溢绿飘香的“绿色生活”的甘泉。托起这个沉甸甸“菜篮子”的,正是上海宝山区人民政府蔬菜办公室(以下简称“蔬菜办”)一群默默耕耘的功臣们。受职业敏感的驱使,笔者辗转来到了这个宝山区人民政府的“窗口”。
