在现代学校管理制度下,校长的领导力越来越被认为是学校教育改革和发展过程中不可或缺的关键因素。在我从教二十多年的教学生涯中,曾经历过一个校长在一年时间之内把一个管理松散且内部矛盾突出的学校打造成当地社会公认的名校,也曾经历过一个平庸的校长经营一所名校时间不长内部管理就出现了滑坡现象,这充分说明校长是一校之“魂”。究其原因是校长领导力的问题。怎样提升校长的领导力呢?结合个人从事管理多年的经验,我认为“五力”齐聚,可以让学校管理增效。
