中药麝香具有清灵开窍等作用,为观察印证其清灵开窍,促进苏醒等作用,我们做了一些观察。本文所使用之麝香注射液,由中津制药厂提供。一、资料所有病例均系流行性乙型脑炎经确诊(流行季节,临床症状,脑脊液改变)住院治疗者(以下简称“乙脑”),均为重型(包括暴发型),具有昏迷或伴有呼吸衰竭,循环衰竭患者。三年来共治疗31例。现将资料完整,可供参考者25例加以总结。 (一) 年龄分布:25例中,2—6岁5例,7—15岁4例,16—30岁7例,30岁以上9例。 (二) 症状分析:25例均发病3—5日,高烧、昏迷,其中伴抽疯(1—4次)轻度6例,重
