本文阐述了“以质量求生存,以特色促发展”的人才培养模式。通过加强师资队伍建设、重视科学研究、提高管理水平以保证和提高人才培养质量。通过合理设置和调整专业,彰显地方特色;通过加强职业技能的培养,彰显高职特色;通过加强产学合作,彰显学院特色。
This article elaborates on the talent cultivation mode of “survival by quality, development by characteristics”. By strengthening the construction of teaching staff, attaching importance to scientific research and raising the level of management to ensure and improve the quality of personnel training. By reasonably setting and adjusting majors, the local characteristics are demonstrated; the characteristics of higher vocational education are demonstrated through the cultivation of vocational skills; and the college features are highlighted through the strengthening of industry-university cooperation.
