原发性心肌病根据病理解剖,病理生理和临床表现特点,分为三个类型,各型治疗均不一致,下面分别阐述:一、扩张型心肌病 1.一般治疗心脏扩大、心功能减退应适当休息,避免过劳。有继发感染应及时给予抗生素控制。
