目的:对美托洛尔治疗陈旧性心肌梗死合并慢性心力衰竭的疗效进行探讨.方法随机抽取我院在2011年1月~2013年12月治疗的50例陈旧性心肌梗死合并慢性心力衰竭患者,分为两组:对照组与观察组,对照组患者使用比索洛尔进行治疗,而观察组患者使用美托洛尔进行治疗,对两组患者的治疗效果进行对比与分析.结果观察组患者的治疗有效率是96%,对照组为76%,存在较大差异具备统计学意义(P<0.05).结论美托洛尔在陈旧性心肌梗死合并慢性心力衰竭治疗中的应用,不仅有效控制了患者的心率,而且提高了患者的治疗有效率,保护了患者的生命安全,具有非常重要的意义,值得在临床治疗中进行大范围的推广与应用. “,”Objective To study the curative effect of metoprolol in treatment of old myocardial infarction complicated with chronic heart failure. Method Randomly selected 50 cases of patients with old myocardial infarction complicated with chronic heart failure in our hospital from January 2011 to December 2013, and they were divided into control group and observation group. The control group received bisoprolol and the observation group received metoprolol for treatment, and then compared and analyzed the curative effect of two groups. Results The effective rate of observation group was 96%, and 76%in control group, there had statistical signiifcance (P〈0.05). Conclusion The metoprolol in treatment of old myocardial infarction complicated with chronic heart failure can not only control the patient\'s heart rate effectively, but also improve the treatment efifciency, which protect the life safety of patientsand has very important signiifcance. It\'s worthy of popularization and application in clinical treatment.
