大学生就业问题一直是我国高职院校教育教学管理工作中的重点问题,对学生的未来发展以及学校的持续健康运行产生着极其重要的影响。本文结合高职院校辅导员的工作实践对开展大学生就业指导工作思路和方式进行了具体分析,希望能够为我国高职院校就业指导教育工作水平的进一步提升提供一定的支持和借鉴。
The employment of college students has always been a key issue in the education and teaching management of higher vocational colleges in China. It has an extremely important influence on the future development of students and the sustainable and healthy operation of schools. Based on the practice of counselors in higher vocational colleges, this paper makes a concrete analysis of the ideas and ways of carrying out college students’ employment guidance, hoping to provide some support and reference for the further improvement of the employment guidance education in higher vocational colleges in our country.
