旅游地产正以一种新兴产业的身份在我国房地产行业迅速发展,随着国家队房地产行业的调控,旅游地产也开始面临一些新的问题,即资源更加稀缺、投资惯性增大、竞争更加激烈。但是旅游地产在发展中出现的很多问题,在一定程度上阻碍了整个行业的健康发展。本文通过对我国旅游地产发展的现状和存在问题的分析,对未来旅游地产项目的发展策略进行了研究,尝试性地提出一点建议,以促进为旅游地产的可持续发展。
As a new industry, tourism real estate is developing rapidly in China’s real estate industry. With the regulation and control of the real estate industry in the national team, tourism real estate has also begun to face some new problems, namely, the resources are scarce, the investment inertia increases and the competition is fiercer. However, many problems in the development of tourism real estate have hindered the healthy development of the entire industry to a certain extent. Based on the analysis of the status quo and existing problems in the development of tourism real estate in our country, this paper studies the future development strategy of tourism real estate projects and makes tentative suggestions to promote the sustainable development of tourism real estate.
