目的:探讨异丙酚联合米索前列醇在无痛人工流产中的应用效果,为今后的临床用药提供参考依据。方法:以2014年1月至2014年12月期间在我院妇产科行无痛人工流产的80例孕妇作为本组研究的观察对象,按照用药方案将其分为对照组(单纯异丙酚治疗)与观察组(异丙酚联合米索前列醇治疗)各40例,对比两组患者的治疗效果及手术时间、术中出血量、异丙酚用量、人工流产综合征的发生情况。结果:(1)治疗效果:观察组中显效17例,有效21例,无效2例,总有效率为95%;对照组中显效10例,有效25例,无效5例,总有效率为87.5%;观察组明显高于对照组,具有统计学意义,P<0.05;(2)观察组的平均手术时间为(3.68±0.62)min,术中出血量为(6.34±1.53)ml,异丙酚用量为(151.52±13.38)mg,均明显小于对照组,具有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论:在无痛人流术中应用异丙酚联合米索前列醇可以明显缩短手术时间、减少术中出血与异丙酚用量,有效扩张宫颈,提高人工流产手术的安全性。
Objective: To investigate the effect of propofol combined with misoprostol in painless induced abortion, and to provide a reference for future clinical use. Methods: From January 2014 to December 2014 in our hospital obstetrics and gynecology painless abortion of 80 pregnant women as the object of this study observed in accordance with the drug program was divided into control group (propofol Treatment) and observation group (propofol combined with misoprostol treatment) in 40 cases, the two groups were compared the therapeutic effect and operation time, intraoperative blood loss, propofol dosage, the incidence of induced abortion syndrome. Results: (1) Therapeutic effect: In the observation group, 17 cases were markedly effective, 21 cases were effective, 2 cases were ineffective and the total effective rate was 95%. In the control group, 10 cases were markedly effective, 25 cases were effective and 5 cases were ineffective. The total effective rate was 87.5 %; The observation group was significantly higher than the control group, with statistical significance, P <0.05; (2) The mean operation time of observation group was (3.68 ± 0.62) min, the amount of bleeding during operation was (6.34 ± 1.53) Phenol dosage was (151.52 ± 13.38) mg, which were significantly lower than that of the control group, with statistical significance (P <0.05). Conclusion: The application of propofol combined with misoprostol in painless abortion can significantly shorten the operation time, reduce intraoperative bleeding and propofol dosage, effectively expand the cervix and improve the safety of induced abortion.
