自1989年起,我科采用“金属管耐压气囊扩张器”选择性地对25例前列腺增生症做了前列腺扩张术,随访证实近期疗效良好。 资料与方法 一、临床资料:本组25例,年龄50～78岁,排尿困难史5～15年。全组均有尿潴留病史,夜尿6～12次,残余尿100～350ml。表现为排尿无力、尿线细、分叉和尿频。对以上主观症状,按Madsen临床记分法标汜,最高达24.5分,最低为22.3分。客观指标:尿流率为6～8.5ml/s,平均为7.1ml/s。直肠指诊:前列腺Ⅱ～Ⅲ度肿大,两侧叶
