2000年人人享有卫生保健“是我国及全球的一项战略目标,而地方病防治工作则是“2000年人人享有卫生保健目标”的重要组成部分。要实现这一目标,必须加强地方病宣传教育,把地方病防治知识交给广大群众,提高群众防病和自我保健意识,真正做到人人参与,才能实现这一目标。几十年防治工作经验证明,宣传教育工作是开展防治工作的先导,是治本措施,只有把群众真正发动起来,才能顺利开展防治工作。几年来,我所把地方病宣传教育工作作为开展地方病防治工作的治本措施,逐年加强,首先是建立建全了机构,加强了组织建设,在引进开发人才的基础上,组建了宣传教育科,固定了宣传教育人员的专业,使之从宣传教育理论知
In 2000, health care for all was “a strategic goal for China and the world, and prevention and control of endemic diseases was an important part of the goal of health care for all in 2000. It is a permanent cure that can only be carried out successfully if the people are really started.Over the past few years, we have used the local disease publicity and education work as a permanent measure to carry out prevention and control of endemic diseases, which has been strengthened year by year. The first step was to establish and build institutions and strengthen the organization. On the basis of the introduction and development of talents, the construction of a publicity and education section has been established, and the profession of propaganda and education personnel has been fixed so that it can be known from the propaganda and education theory.
